This is a super, quick dish! It takes about 10 minutes to prepare.
2 pounds of raw, peeled, deveined shrimp
2 small jars of Barilla sundried tomato pesto
1 pound of Barilla + Protein thin spaghetti
4 tbsp of butter
Cook spaghetti according to package directions. While spaghetti is cooking, melt butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add shrimp to the skillet and season well with McCormick garlic and herb seasoning. Shrimp will take about 5-6 minutes to cook. It’s done when the shrimp is pink and pearly. Set aside. Drain spaghetti and do not rinse. Return pasta to the pot. Add the two jars of sundried tomato pesto to the spaghetti and mix well. A fork will do the trick. Place desired amount of pasta in a bowl and top with shrimp. Spoon a little of the buttery, herb sauce on top of the shrimp as well. Enjoy!
