Pumpkin Pie Blend

I love pumpkin pie. I wish I could eat it with every single meal all year long. Unfortunately, that is not an option. A few years ago, I was on a pumpkin craze and was literally adding it to everything. My goal is usually to create a heathier and super tasty version of things I enjoy. I decided to try a pumpkin blend and it worked! I have tweaked the recipe a bit throughout the years to get it just right. Pumpkin lovers rejoice, this recipe is for you!

In a blender combine the following:

½ cup of pumpkin puree

1-2 dashes of pumpkin pie spice

1 ½ cups of water

1 tablespoon peanut butter

2-3 drops of maple extract

1 serving of vanilla protein powder

Blend for 30 seconds. Pour into a glass and feel free to top it with fat free whipped cream.
