  • Garlic

  • Cheese – I always have mozzarella and sharp cheddar.

  • Chicken – whole and thighs, I always have those.

  • Ground meat – turkey and beef

  • Salmon

  • Steaks

  • Italian sausage

The dry goods and canned section

  • Jasmine rice

  • A variety of noodles – spaghetti, macaroni, penne, and rotini

  • Korean style buckwheat noodles

  • Canned beans – mixed beans, black, pinto and cannellini

  • Beef, chicken and vegetable stock

  • Crushed tomatoes

  • Whole, peeled tomatoes

  • Mexican style tomatoes

  • Taco shells

  • Sweet corn and creamed corn

The sauce, seasoning and condiment sections

  • Barbecue sauce

  • Buffalo sauce

  • Teriyaki or Szechuan sauce

  • Balsamic vinegar

  • Liquid aminos

  • Apple cider vinegar

  • Salsa

  • Seasonings- Salt, pepper, basil, rosemary, thyme, garlic, carne asada, curry, and paprika. I like using variety of seasoning blends too. The garlic and herb blends are my favorite.
